Yes, customer service has been top notch. First doll and I will eventually get another. I waited 3 weeks after receiving the doll to write this review because I wanted to get plenty of use out of it and be able to write a meaningful and accurate review. I’ve gotten quick responses to all my questions and concerns and all issues have been fixed quickly and easily. I highly recommend for this reason alone. The doll quality itself is also very good. I found no flaws with the doll and it feels amazing.
